Hippie Style

I love shopping for vintage movie wardrobe and carefully picking out what each actor will wear in each scene. But when it came time for our hippie scenes in Summer of ’67, I took a more relaxed approach. In order to give the hippies an authentic look, I merely gathered up all the individual wardrobe pieces I could round up, threw them in tubs, and then let the actors loose to create whatever looks they wanted. The result was exactly what I was looking for – groovy hippie style.
