Producers are the mystery members of a film crew. They’re always listed at the top of the credits. Everyone knows they are associated with money. But what exactly does an executive producer do? It varies with each project, but last week at NRB Convention I had opportunity to chat with Angel Hatfield, executive producer for Because of Gracia. Not only does she share her role with the movie, but also explains how the story hit close to home and resonated with her in a special way.
