Sarah Bowling – Author, Television Host, Co-Pastor

Sarah Bowling is one of those people you meet and immediately feel like you’ve known her forever. Her enthusiasm and warmth are contagious. The daughter of the Rev. Wallace and Marilyn Hickey,  she and her mom co-host a daily television program that reaches a potential audience of 2.2 billion households worldwide. In our NRB Convention interview we talked about her two new books, her tv show, and her ministry work.

Both of Sarah’s books deaI with the Holy Spirit and I was blessed with a copy of her newest book, In Step with the Spirit.

First, the cover is beautiful! Then, when I started reading, I was instantly drawn in when she opened the first chapter with a story of being stuck in thigh high garbage and sewage in Cambodia. Not exactly your usual opening paragraphs.

I love that Sarah infuses the book with personal stories not just of her successes, but with her times of weakness as well.
