I’m pretty excited to be able to share about this Student Life Applications Study Bible. I love a good study Bible, but you don’t often see them specifically for students. I’ve honestly not seen a better study Bible for young people.
Let me start by saying, this is a beautiful Bible. I literally gasped when I opened up the box and took out the Bible. It’s a soft turquoise leather with a gold geometric design on the cover. The pages are edged in gold, and the layout is well organized and very attractive. It has an heirloom feel and is the kind of Bible you truly want to treasure.
Students are looking for relevance in their spiritual journey, and this Bible addresses that. It includes historical helps like a chronology of Bible events and world events. It has timelines, maps, charts, infographs, profiles, key verses, and big picture information. Everything is arranged in such a way to make it easy to find and easy to read. It’s the New Living Translation, which is an easy to understand, accurate translation. It also comes equipped with the Filament Bible app to take your study even further.
The Student Life Application Study Bible would be a great resource for homeschoolers or church leaders to use for their studies. It would also be a perfect gift. The only negative I can find is the pages are very thin which causes them to stick together. However, I would suspect that with use, that would no longer be a problem.
