Bible Review
As you can tell from the list of features, the Student Study Bible is loaded with study tools. And yet, it’s still a fairly compact Bible that works just as well for taking to church as it does for reading at home.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Bible with so many helpful features, and I review a lot of Bibles. So often the features are fun and make the Bibles unique, but I question whether they’ll stand the test of time. The Student Study Bible, however, is all about usefulness. It offers everything you need to go off on as many rabbit trails as you need in order to best understand what you’re reading.
I know many churches gift seniors with a Bible when they graduate. I can’t imagine a better choice than this one.
It’s available in hardcover, Leathersoft, or paperback. I chose the Leathersoft in brown with gold writing and page edges, giving it a classic look and feel. You can also get pink Leathersoft if you want something more feminine.
The only complaint I have with the Student Study Bible is the name. It’s not just for students. Anyone could benefit from this Bible. If you’re looking for a good study Bible for yourself, don’t let the name fool you. Go ahead and get it, and if you feel conspicuous, just get a nice Bible cover, and no one will ever know.
